  1. What type of program do you use? I'm having trouble of how to use some brushes. What type of brush do you use? It's seems that you are able to connect the lines of your sketch quite nicely, me on the other hand am having trouble doing that because of the pen. Also, what tool do you use to do the background? Sry I have many questions because I'm having major trouble figuring out how to use it.

  2. This is the first video I've seen of yours (found you via Mira's link in her video for the YTAC) so it's interesting to hear your commentary and see all the different things you're doing with colours and highlights around her and on her skin. I thought the light jade green background you tried near the end made her pop out.

  3. people strive to find their style but once they reach it they try to draw something different and complain how they cant change their style once it became natural n sort of innate….. people are complicated and never satisfied lol

  4. i'd love to see you try different body types in your art, maybe that could be a challenge you could take on. it might even help you change up your style, if that's what you're going for. ily and your art, absolutely gorgeous and a huge inspiration, especially your attention to detail!

  5. Hooray for retrying digital!! Maybe dedicate a day for it only so you won't get rusty? Anyways, as I was watching it I found the girl's hands to be jarring? I'd admit, the arms not cutting off at the same place with the waist is interesting, but it looks jarring when the arms are doing nothing. So hopefully that'll help for next time! Hope to see more great works from you!!

  6. I know this feeling! It's nebulous and difficult to pin down, which can make it hard to break it down into workable chunks! I'm sorry to hear you've been having a struggle 🙂

This isn't meant to be a criticism per se but more something to maybe consider, but this kind of frustration and feeling like you need an overhaul might actually be helped by trying out a more diverse range of subjects; more fat people, short people, disabled people, etc. I found when I got in a frustrating rut that by changing my approach to bodies and form rather than conceptual concerns actually helped unblock the way I approached concepts, too.
